I loved this shoot from a few weeks ago I did at Bayham Hall in Kent, UK. Our amazing creative team are the reason I’ve been able to capture these images, so massive shout out to:
Chantal Mallett for her corseted gowns, skirts, and amazing jewellery; Yuvna Kim for her stunningly ornate dresses; Sonata Rapalyte for the intricate lingerie; Suki Miles (superstar!) on hair and make up; our stunning models Kimi and Roxanne; and finally our wonderful friends and hosts, the Cooke family at Bayham Hall.
Going for dramatic regal fashion shots, we added a slight touch of kink to it all, and were really excited to be published in the Royal issue of Gilded Magazine.
Keep an eye out for more dramatic fashion shoots from me 🙂
I mostly shoot women for beauty and fashion editorials, so was delighted to work on a menswear editorial with Yash @ MOT Models, make up artist Halimah from H-Beauty, and Styling by CreateMe Stylists. Enjoy!
Loving this grey scale look book for Club Monaco SS15. I’m known for my colour popping images, so this year I’m going to develop my B&W portfolio too! This 70s themed shoot for Club Monaco was by photography duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.
I recently had the opportunity to shoot the stunning collection by Yuvna Kim – Maison De Couture. The most delicate of laces in the richest reds, and encrusted in jewels, embroidery, and chiffon embellishments, it’s no wonder her designs are an international hit with celebrities on the red carpet.
‘Good Old Day’ Model Asia Papkova by Photographer Steven Cheung for Harpers Bazaar Hong Kong.
I’m adoring this theatrical and bold editorial for Harpers Bazaar Hong Kong, January 2015. With lush prints, and jewel encrusted gowns, contrasted with edgy accessories, and highly chromatic make up inspired by Geisha, this feast for the eyes can’t fail to stir you!
When I first saw the pitch Karen Brost had made to Selfridges for her new range of artisan babywear, I was in awe of the intricate hand drawn illustrations, with rich colours and a stunning yet dark twist on kids wear. I was in love!
So how excited was I when Karen asked me to shoot her next 14/15 collection??? Very!
With her collection snapped up by Selfridges, Liberty of London, and Alex & Alexa – the official unveiling of the collection will be this July @ the Bubble Show in London.
Watch this space for images from our awesome shoot with the cutest of kids wearing the lushest of fashions…
My new Epiphanie Stella bag arrived today – and I’m freakin’ loving it! What’s not to love? Lush pink colour – check. Ample camera equipment room – check. Looks like a gorgeous designer bag – check. Cute metallic and diamante camera charm – check. AND IT’S PINK!
Ok, so after a few deep breaths, I collected myself again, and have taken some shots of it to show you the quality and detailing. It holds an SLR body, and has room for up to 6 six medium sized lenses / flash guns. With 2 front pockets, 2 side pockets, and a back pocket, there is plenty of space for batteries, smartphone, business cards, ipad mini etc.
I’m glad there are products geared directly towards the female photographer market, and this is definitely worth the investment. My only critique would be the white interior (I know I’m gonna get that grubby!), and I’d have preferred black or a deep grey, but hey – did I tell you how gorgeous it looks AND IT’S PINK?
You can grab yourself a Stella too from Epiphanie.
I’ve been shooting for Jazelz girlswear for a number of years, and I was proud to be present at the very first Jazelz catwalk show at the Asian Wedding Exhibition @ Wembley Arena in London. I was also chuffed when designer Jaz Jutley asked my little daughter Lana to model for her also :
Stylish and practical camera bags are far and few between – for years I’ve been making my own bag inserts and hiding my camera gear in oversized bags from M&S and Accessorize! But recently, there is more on the market for us gals who want to keep our gear safe, and be stylish at the same time.
Epiphanie (see the Lola bag in Turquoise above), and Jo Totes (see the Gracie bag in magenta below) in the USA are my favourites by far! They have gorgeous styles, and Cosy Cameras is a UK stockist offering lots of luscious designs from across the globe…
I ordered myself 2 bags today… Well c’mon, one wouldn’t be enough…
